Privacy Policy & Platform Policies

Please read the sections below carefully before using SINet.

1. Purpose of SINet

SINet (Seervi International Network) is an independent digital networking platform created to facilitate communication, professional networking, business collaboration, social engagement, knowledge sharing, and community interaction among individuals who voluntarily choose to participate. The platform is intended to provide a structured environment where members may connect, exchange information, participate in community initiatives, and access features and services made available from time to time.

SINet is designed solely as a networking and community engagement platform. It does not represent, endorse, or act on behalf of any government authority, statutory body, public institution, or official representative organization unless expressly stated in writing. Registration on the platform does not confer any legal status, membership rights in any separate organization, certification, endorsement, or guarantee of eligibility for any benefit outside the services offered through SINet.

By accessing or using the platform, users acknowledge that participation is voluntary and subject to these Policies, Terms & Conditions, and all other applicable guidelines published by SINet from time to time.

2. Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or using SINet, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all other policies published on the platform, as amended from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.

Users shall provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date to the best of their knowledge. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.

Users shall use the platform only for lawful, ethical, and community-oriented purposes. The platform shall not be used for any activity that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful to any individual, organization, or the platform itself.

Users shall not upload, publish, transmit, or share any content that infringes the rights of any third party, violates applicable laws, contains malicious software, or interferes with the normal operation, security, or integrity of the platform.

SINet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, remove any content, refuse registration, or limit access to any feature where it reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms, applicable laws, or the interests of the platform or its community. Such action may be taken without prior notice where considered necessary.

SINet may modify, update, discontinue, or introduce any feature, service, functionality, or policy at any time without creating any obligation or liability. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Privacy Policy

SINet respects the privacy of its users and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. By using the platform or voluntarily submitting personal information, users acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, use, processing, and, where necessary, disclosure of such information for the purposes described in this Policy.

SINet may collect information voluntarily provided by users during registration or while using the platform, including but not limited to name, contact details, date of birth, photograph, location, professional information, community-related details, identity verification documents where applicable, and any other information that users choose to submit.

Personal information is collected only for legitimate purposes, including user registration, identity verification, account administration, community management, improving platform functionality, responding to user requests, complying with applicable legal obligations, preventing misuse or fraudulent activity, and providing services or features made available through the platform.

SINet does not sell or rent users' personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Personal information may be shared only where reasonably necessary to provide platform services, comply with legal or regulatory requirements, protect the rights or security of the platform or its users, investigate suspected misuse, or with the user's consent, where applicable.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted by them is accurate, lawful, and belongs to them or is submitted with appropriate authority. Users should avoid submitting information that is unnecessary for the intended purpose.

While SINet endeavors to implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with digital communication and online platforms.

Users may request correction or updating of their personal information, or make requests relating to their personal data, subject to applicable laws, technical feasibility, identity verification requirements, and legitimate operational or legal obligations.

4. Identity Verification Policy

To promote authenticity, trust, and the integrity of the community, SINet may offer an identity verification process for users. Verification is intended solely to assist in confirming the identity of a registered user for platform-related purposes and should not be interpreted as any governmental, statutory, legal, financial, or professional certification or endorsement.

Where identity verification is made available, users may be requested to voluntarily submit identity documents or other information reasonably required for verification. Any document submitted shall be used only for the purpose of carrying out the verification process, maintaining platform integrity, preventing impersonation or misuse, and complying with applicable legal obligations where required.

Submission of identity documents does not automatically guarantee approval, verification status, continued access to the platform, or any special rights or privileges. SINet reserves the right to request additional information, decline, suspend, revoke, or re-evaluate a verification status at its discretion where the information provided is incomplete, inconsistent, unverifiable, suspected to be false, or otherwise considered unsuitable.

Users represent and warrant that all documents and information submitted for verification are genuine, accurate, current, and belong to them or are submitted with lawful authority. Submission of forged, altered, misleading, or unauthorized documents may result in rejection of verification, suspension or termination of the user account, and any other action considered appropriate under applicable law.

SINet is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government authority or issuing agency in relation to the verification of identity documents. Verification conducted by SINet is limited to its internal platform processes and shall not be relied upon as proof of identity for any external legal, governmental, commercial, or official purpose.

5. Data Security

SINet endeavors to implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information and platform data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, or destruction. Security measures may be reviewed, updated, or enhanced from time to time in accordance with operational requirements, technological developments, and applicable legal obligations.

Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel, service providers, or other persons who require such access for legitimate platform-related purposes and are subject to appropriate confidentiality or legal obligations, where applicable.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should take reasonable precautions to protect their devices, passwords, and account information. Users must promptly notify SINet if they become aware of any unauthorized access to their account or any suspected security incident.

Although SINet strives to maintain appropriate safeguards, no website, server, network, software application, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure or immune from cyber threats, unauthorized access, technical failures, or other unforeseen events. Accordingly, SINet does not warrant or guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored on the platform.

In the event SINet becomes aware of a security incident affecting personal information, appropriate measures may be taken in accordance with applicable laws, the nature of the incident, and operational requirements, including investigation, mitigation, and notification where legally required.

Users are encouraged to report any suspected security vulnerabilities, unauthorized activities, or misuse of the platform through the official contact details provided by SINet so that appropriate action may be considered.

6. Community Guidelines

SINet is intended to foster a respectful, inclusive, and constructive environment for networking, collaboration, and community engagement. Every user is expected to interact with others in a courteous, responsible, and lawful manner while using the platform.

Users shall not post, upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful. Content that promotes violence, illegal activities, fraud, impersonation, or infringement of the rights of any person or entity is strictly prohibited.

Users shall respect the privacy, dignity, and intellectual property rights of others. Personal information of any individual shall not be shared, published, or used without lawful authority or appropriate consent.

The platform shall not be used for unsolicited commercial communications, spam, deceptive promotions, unauthorized advertising, malicious software, phishing, or any activity that may disrupt the normal functioning, security, or reputation of SINet or its users.

Users are solely responsible for the content they create, publish, share, or communicate through the platform. Views, opinions, statements, recommendations, or representations expressed by users are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views or position of SINet.

SINet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, restrict, remove, or disable access to any content or user account that is reasonably believed to violate these Community Guidelines, applicable laws, or the interests of the platform and its community. Such action may be taken without prior notice where considered appropriate.

7. User Responsibilities

Every user is responsible for using SINet in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner. Users shall ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout their use of the platform is true, accurate, complete, and kept reasonably up to date.

Users shall use the platform only for its intended purposes and shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, these Policies, and any guidelines or instructions issued by SINet from time to time.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account. Any unauthorized use, suspected compromise of an account, or security concern should be reported to SINet without unreasonable delay.

Users shall exercise independent judgment before relying upon, acting upon, or entering into any communication, transaction, collaboration, business arrangement, employment opportunity, donation, investment, or other engagement arising from interactions on the platform. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own verification, due diligence, and risk assessment.

Users shall cooperate with any reasonable request made by SINet in relation to account verification, compliance with applicable laws, investigation of suspected misuse, or protection of the platform and its community.

Any loss, liability, dispute, or consequence arising from a user's own actions, omissions, inaccurate information, misuse of the platform, or interactions with other users shall remain the responsibility of the respective user, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Policies shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it shall be limited only to the minimum extent permitted by law.

By using the platform, users acknowledge that they assume responsibility for their own decisions and activities undertaken through or in connection with SINet and agree that the platform shall not be liable for consequences arising from such decisions or activities, except where liability is expressly imposed under applicable law.
